I've noticed that in the 65 years of my life one thing has been constant: the lack of a flashlight which works. It took Panasonic to offer a proper fan back in the late '50's. The Maglight looked promising, but I've had a couple that failed. Now with LED's being the obvious choice for flashlights and the headlight being the obvious choice for ergonometrics and workability, I've found what seems to be the ultimate flashlight: THIS ONE.
I wrote another review on Coast Cutlery's 6 LED version which has problems. I reported that a previous one of these malfunctioned (but it still serves me well, nevertheless). I noticed that Coastal now provides a belt-strap container for this 3 light version which solves the problem of abuse which I'm sure was the cause of the malfunction.
