Pros:
The single best feature is the dual light. It has a forward facing spot light that is incredibly bright and very focused. It also has a down facing flood light that lights the next foot steps, while the spot lets you see what is coming up.
It claims to run for 14.5 hours on 3 AA batteries. I have not used it enough to comment on that.
It has a great spring loaded clip, and a wrist strap.
It is non-metallic and claims to be intrinsically safe. I am not allowed to carry a metallic flashlight at work do to electrical equipment, so the polymer housing is a must for me.
It claims to be watertight to one meter. I will leave that to others to test.
Cons: The only negative is an allen screw on the lens cap, which you are instructed to loosen and re-tighten to install the batteries. Who carries an allen key on them? Fortunately it was not tight and I have no intention of tightening it.

I first saw this light being used in a SC shipyard. The idea is great that you can clip the light to your shirt pocket and illuminate the ladder and use the main lens to shine light at your feet.
