These were a replacement for a much less energy efficient lamp. There is no discernible difference in light output. I will be purchasing more.

The led arrived broken, flickering and making an audible noise. Although the order arrived on time, I haven't been able to take advantage of it. Please contact immediately.

A couple of hours after, I posted this review, customer service contacted by phone. The customer service representative was very considerate and explained all my questions. So I ordered a second bulb and they will send it out tomorrow.

Customer service has informed that the second bulb has been shipped. As instructed by customer service representative, I bought a new 12VDC 1AM Power Adapter to retrofit the Halogen Light Fixture. LED Driver (Power Adapter): 12V DC Power Adapter Supply 2.1mm 1A

As soon as the second bulb arrives and is set-and-running, I will upgrade my opinion about this product to five (5) STARS; due to the excellent customer service during this event. After a couple of months, I will complement this opinion with a LED bulb performance report.

I was notified that the second bulb shipped on 01/04 and, in fact, it arrived here on 01/07. Good timing!

Today, I tested the bulb with the new power adapter, as instructed by customer service representative. Both bulbs work perfectly!

So it was my bad, the problem was the adapter. They didn't charge the shipping cost for the second bulb.

Good LED supplier, I have to say!
