The large national auto parts chain that has a name that sounds like "Otto Zoan" did not have this part and said it was dealer-only. This bulb is a replacement that fits my 2007 Grand Caravan SXT. It is a perfect replacement. Sorry Otto.

Amazon had a good price for this and helped me avoid a service charge at the dealer. My local parts store only had the bulb not including the base and I wanted to replace both because the bulb looked good so I thought maybe the base was bad.Best Deals for Wagner PC579 Map Bulb

So glad to have found these on-line! Local auto-parts stores had single bulbs for $12-16. Bulbs not labeled with PC579 markings, but fit and work just the same.
