This isn't a review, as I have not purchased one of these bulbs. But I wanted to share what I learned while researching "how bright" one of these might be. Unlike the marketing for CFL replacement bulbs, these LED bulbs do not seem to be listed with a "watt equivalent" number comparing them to typical incandescent bulbs. So I wanted to learn how to "convert" the specifications of an LED bulb to compare it to incandescent. Of course, 'wattage' is actually how much power the bulb consumes, and LED bulbs are a great deal more power efficient, so there are other terms to describe its actual light output, one of which is the term lumen. The simple story of what I found is that typical incandescent bulbs will produce anywhere from 10 to 17 lumens per rated watt, depending on how large they are (larger bulbs produce more lumens per watt than smaller bulbs). So that means a typical 60W incandescent bulb is rated around 800 lumens.

The specs for this 2W LED bulb say it produces 60 lumens. That would then equate to about the same light output as an incandescent 6W night light bulb, according to the information I found online. I also read that LED light is more directional in its output, and sometimes not recommended for ambient lighting because of this. So my interest in using one of these in an outdoor garage front lighting fixture, to replace the 60W incandescent bulbs of the same style we go through rather rapidly, isn't going to work. These would be only about 7% as bright as the bulbs we use now. I am guessing that would mean I would need an LED bulb rated not at 2W but at 13W or so to get the same 800 lumens.

Unfortunately LED bulbs of a 13 watt rating are still prohibitively expensive, ranging in style and price from $25 to over $100 each. And none of them are made in a package looking like this one.

My candelabra light fixture is hard to access to change bulbs, so I wanted some bulbs w very long life. This is long lasting, but, relatively dim. I am using this mixed in with other non-LED bulbs which put out more light. Works OK in the situation. I jave the Feit LED bulbs also. I see no advantage of one over the other.

The light from this bulb is a bit dim and at 2900K it seems quite a bit cooler than the incandescent bulb it replaced. I used it in a wall fixture as a hall light outside the bedrooms where the lack of brightness is acceptable, but had originally wanted to use it as a entry light in a three bulb fixture, and this bulb is just way too dim for that purpose. It is not dimmable, which given how dim the light is to begin with is not a huge issue, but for use as an entry light or as a replacement for chandelier bulbs over a dining room table, this is really not the bulb you want to use. It is attractively styled, and the ugly printing on the base came off with a bit of nail polish remover and/or paint stripper.

These bulbs with the clear window work very nicely. The color is good (i you do not insist on very warm light). I Forgot what the package says, but they look to me like 2900K or so. I bough 10 several years ago and the all still work. The are just bright enough fot the type of light that uses many small wattage bulbs. Before this I but some Fliet (or is it Fleit LEDs) and several mini CFL, they all died in less than a year. I also have one outside (year round) in a lamp post. The are not rated for outdoor summer heat, but they do fine (I would not use these in a wet place if I were you). These are tough things that so far live up to the claim that they will last a long time. At least 10 have.

I take off one star, because they are not a bargain (Sams club sometimes has two packs of the clear window type).

The light output from these bulbs is terrible. You can get more light from a candle. Intermingling them with incandescent doesn't work very well either.
