The lamp was delivered in good order and it works just like it was supposed to. Very hot for a little extra needed warmth in my room in Afghanistan where there are no heaters allowed. Comforting to have the pillow heat up over my head and feel the added toasty heat!

The product description did not have the warning contained on the product's box. "WARNING: This product contains PTFE. When heated, it creates fumes potentially fatal to confined birds."I gave the product three stars because even though I can't use it for my baby chicks in the garage, it may still be a good heat lamp. But, Amazon did let me return it for a full refund.
