So far, so good. It is made a bit cheaply, but for the price I am still impressed. The power button has a great feel, the headband is excellent, and the power wire is made in a coil, which should prevent damage to connections by absorbing any pulling if it gets snagged. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and a charger (light holds one battery-so one is a spare) which is nice. The light is extremely bright. Zoom is very good and holds position too. I actually bought this for my 5 year old son and he started making fun of my more expensive 5 watt lamp because this seems brighter-haha. I have 2 other 5 watt LEDs to compare it to and this is every bit as bright, if not more bright where you need the light. It has seen use about 6 times for a total of maybe 3 hours run time. I will update this review if I have any problems. So far I am considering buying another since my brand new Fenix HL-11 that I bought for $65 has failed already, and they were bought at the same time...

160 Lumens? I think not. I don't have special equipment to measure it but my 120 Lumen Surefire blows this thing out of the water. This headlamp has got that cheap blue hue to it as well. Also the light pattern has a few rings outside of the others and one is so outside that it ends up on your nose which is highly distracting.

And then there was the biggest letdown: the position adjuster was so flimsy it broke "the second" I tried it.

I hate returning things. I can never get the energy up from a disappointing product to package it and run down to the post office and go through whatever other hoops they have to get my money back, so I'm just eating it on this one.

What I like about it: spare battery and rechargeable. Looks nice and expensive. Feels expensive, metal casing and on/off switch etc. Zoom feature works very well. The battery pack even has a red Led that lights up so the back of your head is red. (could be great for night biking in a city etc)

It might make a good light to modify (I have a hard time believing the LED is a CREE), but I don't know how I will deal with the broken position adjuster =(

Technology IS trickling down and good LED lights are becoming more affordable. However this one isn't the deal I was looking for.

Very bright light. I have several headlamps and this is by far the brightest. Battery life is good and extra battery is definitely a plus. Great light for the price!

Great product and good bang for buck, bundle whit extra rechargable battery and extra long time of use. this is great gadget for the people whit easy handle of hardware and PC components, a bunch of lumens for work whit solder iron at the night.
