I hope to replace the hook with a smoothly curved shape for better fit and comfort. The one I had from a Bluetooth earpiece doesn't quite fit but I seem to recall seeing sets of the ear hook replacements (generic ones) at Radio Shack and will check them for fit. The trick is to find an ear hook with the correct thickness to insert into the light.

The light itself is exactly what I wanted; in particular, the dim/bright option is marvelous for my purposes (reading or knitting without bothering my guy when he is sleeping or watching TV, etc.)

The light itself works fine. There are two settings (bright and less bright) to choose from. My beef is with the ear piece. Although I can adjust it to wrap around my ear, the way it connects to the light means that you can't adjust the beam's aim very well. If you can't get the hinge to stay just so, much of the light ends up glaring into your own eyes.

This light is good except for one thing,the batteries are more expensive than the light and they ware out very fast! next time i will make sure the light i purchase uses AAA batteries!

This little light is easy to use. I don't use it over my ear, but set it up on it's little stand to light up the area I'm reading. It's convenient and the light can be adjusted with two settings; however, the light has a tendency to waver and flicker, which can be annoying.

If it were not for the shape of the earpiece, this would be a great, much more comfortable and easier to wear product. Really, who has ears that fit that shape?
