The ordering process through Amazon was great. I`m only giving the product a 4 due to the fact that the installation instructions were a lacking information, but at least the box it arrived in had a decent photo to refer to. I mounted the solar panel on an angled metal Gazebo roof panel and had to adapt the mounting bracket to install it. Might be nice to include panel mounting brackets for other installations and clearer instructions....Other than that, the light works great and is a good value for the price.
