My first Amazon review after years of using other peoples to make educated purchases. This LED halo'd and spot lit doorbell switch is a nice quality piece. It met or exceeded all of my expectations: *nickel finish matched my Larson door hardware *LED is a clean and VERY bright light (primary reason for purchase poorly lit entry way) *instructions for mounting and diode installation were clear and accurate. I would recommend this for anyone looking to class up their entry way.

you can ignore the reviewer who said this is poor quality. It is not poor quality it is well made. It is brighter than I thought it would be, but I am pleased.

I had read the other reviews on this doorbell and debated whether or not to purchase. Glad I ignored the bad reviews. Doorbell looks great. I had the cheap builder grade beige plastic doorbell. This one is wider so make sure to measure your space to make sure it will fit. It took my husband less than 5 minutes to install.

This doorbell is so much nicer than a standard lighted doorbell. It projects a strong beam of light downward which is handy for finding a key or whatever. Plus the halo lighting around the button makes it obvious in the darkest nights. People never knock or pound on the door anymore as they are drawn to the bright doorbell button. It is well constructed and the wiring and terminals are top notch. It is far above the cheap plastic ones. Given it is LED the bulb will last for decades. I highly recommend paying a little more for this quality product.

Cheap, fell apart right as we were installing it, so we haven't even had the opportunity to use it. That's what you get for buying cheap.
