I bought four of these for my back stairs. They have a nice glow, but would have been slightly nicer if the light was brighter. Your eyes need to adjust to the dark to see then, so they are hard to see when coming from the house. Once your eyes adjust to the dark, they are easily seen.
Would recommend.
