I bought 2 of these about 2 years ago at the Dollar Store for one dollar each. I wish I had bought more, but after a month, I went back and they have been out ever since. I use one in the dark hallway and it is super bright when all the lights are out. The other is by the inside back door and is enough to see the door knob and keyhole. Both have been plugged in for 2 years straight, continuously burning, and still burn as bright as ever. They also put out zero heat. The color light of my unit is a bright blue. Remember, they are night lights, not flood lights.

The attractive shell design casts the light as a pretty star-like shape on the wall, around the socket. Just the right amount of warm, white light, too.

My computer room is in the basement and the light switch is located about 20 feet from the door so when I enter the room, it is dark!!! I ordered three of these night lights and placed them in my computer room. Now, when I open the door, there is enough light so that I can get to the light switch without breaking my neck.

Not what I ordered. I had ordered these before, exactly what I wanted. These are different in color casted, white instead of blue.
