This is a very well-built lamp that has a long reach and stays where you put it. The lens is well made and easy to use. It's expensive, but you won't find yourself with a lamp that doesn't reach and won't stay put.The instructions say to be careful about releasing the arm before the lamp is mounted and they are not kidding. The springs on this have some serious push!
