I bought this keychain Maglite to replace a red one that I had for over 20 years. The red one was the same Maglite, just not the pink breast cancer style. This is a great little flashlight. I have no control over the lighting outside my front door and I use it to light up the door knob to find the key hole. You can also unscrew the top of the flashlight to make it look like a candle, which is a safe alternative to using a lighter during a slow song at a concert. The only reason that my red flashlight died was that the battery exploded, which was no fault of the flashlight. I ordered this breast cancer style Maglite flashlight the same day that my red one died, and it has the same craftsmanship. Even after 20 years, Maglite is still making the same great-quality flashlight. I hope to get 20 years out of this one!

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my daughter-in-law but may have to buy another for myself. If it a small and slim flashlight so won't take up much space in a purse. Will come in handy if out at night. Comes with a battery too.

This superbly make, high quality flashlight was a birthday gift a few months ago and I have used this superb MAGLITE Flashlight for so many situations:

1) I keep it on my key-chain mini wallet to use to see at night when I walk up to my front door.

2) Have used it during power outages. What I did was to remove it from my keyring and put a large belt and wear this on my jean pocket or pants waistband. This way, I have my mini flashlight with me in every room of my home while the power is out.

Also I make sure I have a extra AAA Battery or so in my purse so I always have a new battery ready for this flashlight.

What I love the best about this flashlight is that it lasts a long time on one AAA Battery and it give off lots of light for a small flashlight.

This was tinier than expected, and not really good for flashlight. But, if you need something that doesn't create major light, then this is perfect. Might be good with seeing a lock on a door.
