Got the Philips EnduraLEDs with a similar spec, and they were noisy (humming sounds, got worse when dimmed, etc). Got the Toshiba bulbs dead quiet, even when dimmed completely. Well, there's a little buzzing, but no more than a fluorescent and it's not obvious unless you really listen for it. Perfect amount of light, excellent spread
Also, these are rated to 40,000 hours according to the product packaging, not 25,000 as Amazon states.Good color match (and much lower power) to incandescent equivalent. Not inexpensive, but will allow normal spot fixtures to be used by back-up power system.
