I use this for a tail light on our JD Gator when I am on the road feeding cattle My wife uses the Gator to work in the yard. She let the tailgate down to empty the dump and the light dropped off and cracked the lense. It still works and I still use it, but maybe the magnet wasn't as strong as I originally thought. It is not "wife proof". Now I take it off when I am through using it, as she does not need it on the Gator to work in the yard.
