The bulb didn't work in the lamp I purchased even though it was recommended when I purchaed the lamp. I learned that you have to know the lamp's base size as well as the bulb's size and wattage.

So far the bulbs work. Hopefully they will continue to work much longer than the ones I get at my local hardware store. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
