This light is very well made. It is extremely bright and with a fully charged 18650 battery it can put out a very large amount of light for a surprisingly long time (at high power). To be honest, all of the other bells and whistles (strobe, SOS ) just get in the way. I really wanted a very good light that was water and dustproof. I've gotten one and I am very pleased with it.
In terms of value, you're practically stealing this light at the price I paid (around $14.00). I've got gunlights that cost almost twenty times this amount, and when I compare the two I'm completely at a loss to determine where my $200 light put all that extra money.
This is a great worklight because it's waterproof (making it pretty much dustproof, as well). I haven't gone diving with it but I did swish it around in a bucket of water (I want to keep it on my motorcycle under the seat). No leaks. No drama. Just lots and lots of light at a very reasonable price.

light is very bright. housing seems very well made. however, i did buy this light to snorkel and dive with. says it is good to 10 meters. i snorkeled once and went maybe 10 feet down. it did work but i noticed the lens was fogging up. I got out, took off the end, took the battery out and there was water in it. i did check before i got in to make sure both ends were tight. dried it out and it still works great. great flash light if you don't want to dive with it.
