Hello, I received this item and it took me a while to put together, all the flowers had to clip on each individual branch. As soon as I got it all together (which took about 30 minutes) It didnt even work at all!!! I called the number from the seller and no one answered. I will continue to call them but as of right now I think I have to pay to send the item back!!! Not impressed at all...

These were packaged really well and putting the lamp together was not difficult at all! It just looks absolutely beautiful in the corner of my living room! Very festive and cute! :)
