Hydrofarm finally made a hands free method that allows you to work in the garden without interrupting there photosynthesis period. It has three settings but the second is bright and makes doing everything that much easier because its a hands free light and it allows you to see where ever your head turns. Amazon shipped it for the company I ordered it from and it arrived perfectly. Please note that this does not include the three triple AAA batteries that you need to run it.

I bought one and upon first use discovered that the button was incredibly hard to press. So hard in fact that I could only turn it on with my thumb on my dominant hand. Annoying, but it did work properly for a few weeks. Eventually, the button stopped working entirely and the light simply stayed on. The only remedy was to take out the batteries every time after use. Again, real annoying, but it still turns on.

In hopes that I just got a defective one the first time I decided to purchase a second one because I needed it! The first use went greatthe button pressed easily and it cycled through bright, dim, flashing as it should. However, not 2 minutes later it didn't even turn on! I took out the battery pack and reinserted it and it turned back on. After wearing it for a couple minutes it started flashing all by itself and then turned off entirely leaving me in the dark. I set it down and then later saw it flashing in the hall. This second one is worse than the first.

I've made a short story long here, but my recommendation is to stay away from this cheap Hydrofarm product!

This piece of crap fell apart on me when I did something dumb, I tried to put batteries in it. Silly me, I thought that was the first thing to do. Complete garbage, avoid this item like the plague!

I bought this as a gift. On the first use, in 5 minutes, the light was dimming. We changed the batteries and the same thing happened. By the next day it would not turn on. Since it was ordered more than 30 days before I gifted it, I will have to email to see if they will do anything for me.
