I bought the Eagle LED MR16 (MEDIUM BASE) 120 V 50W.MEDIUM BASE TO ME IS THE BEST EASY UPGRADE TO OLD INCANDESCENT RECESS LIGHTING, THE LIGHTING MEETS YOUR NEEDS, AND THE LIFE OF THE LED LIGHT IS PRETTY LONG SINCE IT DOESN'T RADIATE MUCH HEAT BECAUSE IS NOT CONSUMING MUCH ENERGY EITHER, I RECOMMEND LED LIGHTING IT HAS COME A LONG WAY, DO YOU RESEARCH
