I'm as disappointed as the next guy when you get some cheaply made junk. These lights are just the opposite! How excited can you get about a light? well, as a light it is wonderful. It is very bright. The light is evenly distributed, and it has a nice halogen color. I'm really more excited about the quality. The fixture itself looks like stainless steel. The circuit board with the LEDs are visible under a glass housing, and it is well soldered. I've seen cheap circuit boards, and this is not one of them. The power supply is just incredible. Solidly made, well ventilated, and at this current draw it is just loafing along. Better than any laptop power supply I've taken apart. This item is as if some engineer though to himself " I'm gonna build an awesome, reliable light that looks great and will last a lifetime." It's refreshing to see such quality today.
