The solar lamp is easy to install and broadcasts a steady light in the area. No problems after a rainy day with light. We replaced a regular post light which needed replacement bulbs continuously. The illuminated area remained the same with solar versus conventional light.

The light is easy to install and very attractive in design however the area the light illuminates is minimal. There are 6 LEDs in each lantern however the light is very dull. I compared it to candlelight. I have 5 solar LED lights on stakes along side my walk and they cast the same amount of light as the 12 in this. If it is to be used as decoration in a garden or along a path then it will be be fine. I wanted something for more security along my city street and it does not cast enough light for that purpose. It has a sturdy and elegant design and it is better than the nothing I had before.
