Just writing this review to note that the capacitors on the back make this bulb quite thick. Did not fit in the overhead lights in the RV, despite that I measured and scaled the internet picture up to be sure they'd fit.

I would say that you should probably only buy them if you have a full cm in depth available all the way around, including right next to where the pin goes in.

I had to send mine back.

It lights better than 10w halogen bulb , no heat, almost no comsumption ,so don't worry about battery discharge in my boat. Warm white is very nice

Good replacement bulb in the RV. When dry camping these led lights save on the batteries current draw and so we run the Generator less.

and it fits my kitchen application (just barely) the warm white closely resembles the halogen color. be aware that there is a capacitor on the back side opposite of the pins that touches the back of my reflector, if there was any less room it would not fit my kitchen fixtures. plenty of room in by boat fixtures though and the power savings is important when spending the night powered by battery alone. I won't have to worry about the lights wearing the battery down. now if only I could get an LED powered refrigerator!!
