Reviews of Riester Ri-Focus Headlight, LED Light 6 V
I was initially very excited to get this product because I'm a dentist and require excellent lighting while working in the mouth. Well the product came in a dented box packaged in a UPS box which was in good shape, so obviously it was damaged before UPS got a hold of it. The lighting capability is about as good as my $17 RayoVac headlight, which is absolutely insufficient for the medical use it advertises. The head band is comfortable to wear and the swivel light works fine but don't waste your money as it will not light as good as any kind of fiber optic lighting units out there. And when I tried to return the product, the company MEDEXSUPPLY has given me the run around. In fact, I returned the product over 3 months ago and they have neither given me any kind of refund or returned the product. First they stated that they never got the product, then they stated that the packaging box was dented, blamed it on UPS then blamed it on me, then they finally stated that the product looked used and they couldn't repackage it, even though the product did not come in any kind of specific packaging, (it was just thrown in a box with a bunch of foam around it).
