I have these along with the True Touch remotes all around the house in 3 and 4-way configurations. One tap and the light turns on to the level it was last at. Another touch increases/decreases the light level. Lightbulbs seem to last forever when controlled by these as the lights are brought up and down from the level gradually. They work great and I like their very low profile very sleek looking. Small green LED at the bottom illuminates when the switch is off so you can easily locate it in the dark. Need to be careful about putting these alongside other master switches (as opposed to the remotes) in multi-gang boxes, the rated wattage decreases as you break off the fins to get them side by side in the box. You can access the installation instructions on the Leviton website which will tell you what you need to know. Very pleased with these dimmers.
