I'm converting a carport into a workshop, so I needed lighting. I could have gone with fluorescent lights from the big box, but they don't do well in an environment with large extremes of temperature, I looked at LEDs. I found many that were direct replacements for fluorescent tubes, but they required that I rewire the ballast. No good.
THIS product provides a little more light than the typical fluorescent tube, is easy to install, isn't affected by low temps, and is VERY efficient. It delivers 92-lumens per watt of electricity.
I'll be converting every fluorescent light in my home to these lights.
