I had purchased two very similar bulbs, from different sellers and manufacturers. I vastly prefer this one because the light is very white and high quality, as I would expect from a 30K bulb. It's also brighter than the other one. USABulbStore's Eco-Lite is the bulb I'm reviewing. In some places on Amazon, different bulbs produced by different manufacturers are sold together, as if they are the same bulb. As a result, you can end up with bulbs that don't have the light color you want and expect, and the bulbs' light color may not match, which looks very bad in my opinion. I returned the others and purchased more of these (58 of these bulbs total.) I'm very happy with this product.

Definitely LED products came a long way. This 6W MR16 led I just purchased is a great product. It fit in my old fixture and I really loved the clean soft white color. I am also impressed with the esthetic appearance it looks like a really refined product.

As bright as the 35W halogen bulb it replaced. They may seem a little expensive, however it was getting expensive to keep replacing the halogens MR16 that were burning out way too quickly, plus these LEDS only use a fraction of the energy. I purchased 6 of them in the last year and I intend on replacing all around the house soon. They are already making a difference in my electrical bill and I am looking for even deeper savings in the near future. I like the fact that they are most environmentally friendly among all lighting products (without the mercury that CFL energy saving bulbs have).

This is a great bulb. I currently use it in my Malibu fixtures. PLEASE NOTE: It will not fit in the stock fixture, but I simply unscrewed the lamp holder from the aluminum housing, took a large 8-9mm drill bit and drilled the little metal extensions in the fixture shorter. Then I simply screwed the lamp holder back into the aluminum housing and the light now sits deeper and has room for the cover to be placed back over the aluminum Malibu fixture. Just as bright as a 35w bulb, it is not the exact color temperature as a halogen bulb. It is slightly whiter color like a true halogen bulb. All for 6w of electricity use. If the price comes down, I will be changing all my fixtures to LED.

DId not matche my other lights and had a different connection perhaps if I had been given more information I would not have had to return this light.
