This was a very pretty light until I turned it on. It has a blue kind of light (kind of like new cars lights)that does not give the shade justice, its not real bright but I didn't expect it to be. I'm don't think it was worth what I paid for it but it got the job done for what I needed it forI bought to give a small hallway the illusion of the possibility of more light while we were staging our house to sell it.

I wanted reading lights over the bed and two did the trick perfectly. a two minute job to snap together, pop in batteries & put in a nail. They aren't superbright but are actually prettier than I expected.
