I've had similar units to this before but tis one is the best. The LED lights are better than the incandescent flashlight bulbs in earlier models. The ability to magnify the work in front of you increases acuracy.
I recommend this headlamp magnifier to model builders, crafts hobbyists and anyone who deals with tiny or miniature sized
work.

Fair for the price. Had continual trouble aligning the light so it would stay on the item I was looking at. Not a very wide beam. That said, it worked and didn't cost a lot of money.

I wish I knew this was being shipped from China. It took weeks to arrive, and when it did, I was so disappointed. I was looking for something to help me with my jewely-making. But this is so cheaply made, the hard plastic makes it unwearable. If I could get beyond the discomfort, the light is so weak is is virtually worthless. Save your money.

My wife uses her for crocheting. It works well for her. The (2) AA batteries give her 14+ hours of use. She doesn't complain about the comfort.
