We received this product in a timely manner. After three (3) days of working properly and not moving its installation place it stopped working as advertised.

I called the name on the invoice several times (8+) times, with no results. Finally I had to call the Credit card Company that I used for this transaction for help. Initally all I wanted to do was to exchange this item but with no response from the sender I instructed my Credit card Company to "STOP PAYMENT' on this item which they did.

Then all of a sudden the sender responded to the "STOP PAYMENT" I ordered. Today I received another item to replace the one that did not work. Would I order another one? At this point I do not know. We'll have to see if this one works for an acceptable period of time. If I knew then (when I ordered it) what I know now I would not have ordered this item. I also contacted Amazon's Customer Service via E-mail and all I got was a bunch of Qustions and what have you done's. They acted like I did something wrong. This is the first time I've had problems with merchandise ordered on Amazon. All in all I would use Amazon again to order other merchandise.

Trademark Home 82-SL138 Mosaic Color LED Solar Powered Wind Spinner Light

I received this as a Christmas gift this past year from my D-I-L. I hung it outside for a long time, but it wouldn't work. One day I came home and decided I was going to take it down and look at it again. Since there were no instructions in the box, I didn't know how it worked. Well, imagine my delighted surprise, right on the top of base of the light, there was an on and off switch. Duh! Well, I flipped the switch and ever since then it works wonderfully, except of course when we get two solid weeks of rain or no sunlight. I love it and am going to buy more. One for me and another for a gift.
