Looked for G4 base high lumen output LED for my 2009 Citroen C5 the OEM are a manufacturer only available item at 34GBP EACH! (allegedly dealer only removal but fixed that). the OEM is 24watt 12v o/p approx 700 lumen (no-one will nail themselves to value) These fit the aperture in the fitting only have to remove old lamp from plastic base and shave off the surrounding lock posts (for the OEM lamp). Fit into light fitting and check they light (LEDs polarity sensitive ) reverse in holder if they don't. Remove and silicone/glue LED to holder and refit.
Had these >1month and are certainly bright enough to be highly visible. The colour temp is also good not too blue much more white than blue (should be a help in passing MOT and not getting a 'discoloured bulb' fail point. Aluminium heatsink should help longevity. NOTE in the C5 these lamps are NOT in the main Dip light reflector so are not exposed to temps from the Dip bulbs this could be relevant for your usage
