When I ordered my first lemonbest light the description did not restrict the underwater depth. I installed it at 18". It leaked water. When I contacted lemonbest they said that it was only rated for 12" depth. They sent me a new one and I also ordered two additional ones. I have these installed above the water level and they are working great. I really like the color changing feature. I see that now they have included the depth rating in their description.
