In a pitch black room, positioned 5 feet away from a wall,

it delivers a circular focus beam 32 inches in diameter like

a flashlight but without the dark rings. Light intensity tapers off

drastically beyond the focus beam. Works like a spotlight instead

of a wide angle flood light. It won't light up the whole room but

good enough for really small areas.

I purchased this work light as a gift to a friend who does a lot of work on a farm and has a need for portable bright lights. Upon receiving the light I opened the box to see if the light output would be bright enough to work for him and to my disappointment it wasn't even close. I like the concept of this light; eco-friendly LED bulbs and rechargeable using either a 110V AC or a 12V DC car charger, but it just didn't cut it. The LED's on this light are not "ultra-bright" or even "super-bright." I gave it two stars because I like the concept, just wish it was truly bright enough to illuminate a work area. I will be returning this item to the vendor.

Only good feature on this light is cordless, and non adjustable spot light ~ 10" diameter (good illumination that has a bluish hue). Other than that it is cheap quality. No instruction manual, mounting nut is manufactured wrong, light weight material, thin plastic housing, green light indicator does not light (supposed to light green when fully charged & it does not after 24 hours of continuous plug-in)packaging quality is from sweat factory and no web-site. Very overpriced, I paid $59. This item is more in the range of $19.95. For $59 you can buy corded commercial quality light that's 5x more durable than this childs toy. Very disappointed. Do not purchase!

As a fire and explosion investigator, I spend time in buildings that do not have utilities and have been boarded up with plywood it is usually pitch black inside this light is not just lightweight, but also very powerful and can light an entire room for about four hours well worth the purchase.

We have had this light for about a year and it still works great. We use this light at our cabin as over all room lighting with the light sitting high on a shelf. As a guess, the light lasts about 4 hours on a charge.
