I've only used this light on two dives, both night time wreck dives around 90 feet. It worked great and seemed very bright, especially compared to the lights of some of my diving partners. I did both dives on one battery and it was still going strong when I surfaced. While on the wreck, it allowed me to see a good distance into the ship, which was what I wanted most.My biggest complaint would be how it turns on and off. You have to unscrew the lens a bit to turn it off. This not only requires two hands (difficult if you're holding a line in rough current), but also seems like a bad idea as it's the same mechanism used to open the light. But for $17, I can deal with it.

I bought this to have as a backup light in my BC or to lend a friend who might need one. And to my surprise it is amazingly bright, not just for its size and price but comparable if not brighter than my primary UK C4 LED!! I use a 2500 mah battery and it lasted for over 3 hours straight in high mode, which really is more than enough for a good night dive before recharging. Used it last week in a Yucatan cenote at 153 FT and held up well. The guide was really impressed. It is hard to twist to turn on and off while under pressure but not impossible. Stop thinking about it just get it, you wont regret it.Honest reviews on Lerway 800lm Lumen CREE XML T6 LED Waterproof Underwater Diving
It is small and seems sturdy, double lubricated o-rings. Fits nicely on a BC pocket.Turning it on and off can be difficult, and once on, the light output is very dull, I would say 80 lumens, nowhere near the 800 stated in the description, even with a fully charged battery.
