This is a very good product and, for the most part, well-thought out. It has plenty of light for the up close work I need to do. The cable is flexible, and stays in position where it's bent. Some years back, I bought a FlexLite, similar to a Mini-Maglite with the same type of cable. The company is no longer in business, and this tool is its logical successor.
The magnetic clip is handy to extent that there's something of steel to which it can attach. The addtional tail cap cover is a nice idea, but I'll have to remember where I stored it.
The only down side, thus far, is the location of the pocket clip. It appears affixed at the wrong end of the light. If you wanted to use the light clipped to your pocket, there's no way to remove the clip and move it to the other end of the light.
Over all, it's a good tool, with room for improvement.

This is a good, well made light. Batteries are cheap and easy to find, but battery life is a little short.Best Deals for Streamlight 66418 Stylus Pro Reach Penlight with White LED, Black

this light was awesome the first couple weeks, its really nice being able to stick it to metal. The snake part of the light seems to be coming lose where it connects to the battery portion. Just makes it feel a little cheap but it hasn't broken yet.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Streamlight 66418 Stylus Pro Reach Penlight with White LED, Black
Warning : This LED stylus flashlight does NOT offer daylight illumination, it produces a yellowish illumination. The product description says : "C4 LED technology for extreme brightness" So I thought that this flashlight would produce a very bright white illumination, near daylight, between 6000 and 6500 Kelvin. No! Not even with brand new batteries. I used a colorimeter and I tested this lamp on a regular sheet of white paper, the results are extremely disappointing : 4900 Kelvin! That's a a yellowish illumination. Before buying I surfed on Streamlight web site, this company seems to manufacture high-tech flashlights with their C4 LED technology, that I assumed their flashlights would produce a very white illumination, near daylight. Well I assumed wrong!
Another negative aspect : It's very easy to hold the tail switch slightly pushed for momentary operation. But if you want constant operation, you have to push really hard so the tail switch clips to stay on. Not practical at all. That's probably why they include an extra push-button tail switch cover, you have to push the switch so hard, the cover will eventually breaks.
Pros :
Very light
Very helpful magnetic clip for hands-free task
Well built, feels almost indestructible (but still concerns for the button switch cover...)
Extra push-button tail switch cover included
*** UPDATE : I bought a Maglite XL50 LED flashlight. WOW!!!!! Way better illumination then the Streamlight. The Maglite is way brighter (139 lumens) and offers daylight illumination (5700-6000 Kelvin with lens; 6400 Kelvin without the lens)
