I bought this candelabra bulb for my husband to use in his work lamp. Unfortunately, the light it produces is dim and cold compared to the incandescent bulb it replaced. He's not picky but even he finds it a poor replacement and has had to start using an overhead light to supplement it, defeating the purpose of getting an energy efficient bulb in the first place. And if you happen to be looking for mood light, this is also NOT the bulb for you.
