everything to hang and get it going right away was included (except tools) took 5 min to put in and I am pleased as punch. thanks for a good product

This sign was used to replace an open sign we have had in front of our store for a long time. We decided to buy new rather than repair and this seller had good ratings here on Amazon. Unfortunately, the sign is barely visible at night, and basically not at all during the day. With a sign like this you want to catch the customers attention and we are very unhappy with this products ability to do so. Construction of the product is acceptable for the price, but the illumination (what the sign is actually used for) is poor. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this sign to any future customers.
