I recently used these in my kitchen. I had line wires coming out under each kitchen cabinet, which were daisy chained.
I wanted the actual light bars to be at the front edge of the cabinets and not have to extend each wire to the light bar. I installed these wire modules at the back of the cabinet, flush with the back edge. Then I connected the wire module with the light bar. You have a bunch of options on how to do it. You can use provided cable that plugs to either left or right port on the light bar. You can also hardwire it.
The box is solidly made. It provides plenty of knockouts. It also has 3 slots in the back to feed in line wires. It basically was a perfect solution for my kitchen. I am glad I found them!

It was fairly easy to install. However I substituted some my own fastening hardware which was better suited. The wiring fasteners in particular are not the best.Best Deals for Juno Lighting Group ULH-DWM-BL Direct Wire Module, Black
Good quality, nice finish, extremely flexible installation methods, very low profile so it will not be visible in most under-cabinet installations (and will be attractive if it is visible. The power lead cord is long enough to solve any installation needs I can envision for under-cabinet installations and could be a huge convenience if existing wiring is too short or in the wrong location for direct wiring.. Be aware of two notes:1. These are optional for any of the Juno Pro-series LED under-cabinet lights, but are required for the current 9" Pro-series lights, which are not set up for direct wiring (and have so little physical space inside the housing that direct wiring would be tight even if you were to splicing the direct wiring into the existing internal wiring).
2. I could not get the strain relief installed in the intended holes on the side of the DWM I was unable to crimp the strain relief enough to get the strain relief to go into the holes. However, the strain relief easily but securely fits into the standard 3/8" knock-out holes (of which there are three on one side of the module box).
