My daughter was SO happy to get this for her birthday. All of her friends love it too! She has a big room and I have it hanging from the ceiling. The lights flash in time with music or loud people! It slowly spins and fills the room with dancing light. I just wish it had an AC/DC adapter so I could plug it in and a remote control so we wouldn't have to use a step stool to turn it on and off, but then it would cost as much as the expensive ones!!!!!

For the cost, I was impressed. It is easy to hang and the batteries have lasted for 3 dance parties at least. It is a little hard to reach to turn on and off, but it reflects 3 colors off of the mirrors and spins to create a great effect.

This clearly states it takes batteries...the sole reason I bought it. It doesn't take batteries. It has a powercord. A powercord that wouldn't possibly reach a place to plug in if installed in the ceiling.

The girls loved it. It is an impressive little ball for the price. I had originally thought the LED lights would not really be strong enough to create the desired effect but I was surprised once it was installed in the girls bedroom.

This worked as stated. I used in a bigger space, aprox 20x20 so the output was a little reduced. But for a 11 year old birthday party it was great fun!!!
