Here is a short video showing this LED spotlight installed in the eaves at my house. It works really great and it produces a great warm pleasant light, much better than I expected! It comes on instantly when you switch the light on and it consumes a tenth of the power that my previous halogen bulbs did. I'm very satisfied!

Very hard to rate a bulb less than 5 stars when the seller is extremely responsive, but ..

These bulbs have a higher profile than the halogen they are supposed to replace. That might be a problem in some of the fixtures that use the low profile of the halogen to an aesthetic advantage. But that's not a negative, so long as you understand it.

On the other hand, these LED's are not a replacement for the brightness level of a halogen, despite the kelvin rating (I believe that rating is either skewed or misrepresented). I tried different beam widths, but both fell short. So to replace the brightness of my 50w halogen, I'd have to find a 75w or perhaps higher LED.

Color can be an issue as well. I wouldn't say it's a negative, but when you've become accustom to warm& or cool temperatures, as relates to color, the warmth and coolness of these LED's are different. Not better or worse, just different, so it's worth thinking about this in relation to what other bulbs or colors you have in the same room.

Ultimately, in fixtures where one is just spreading some light over an area, without any specific brightness required, I'd go with the LED in a heartbeat, if for no other reasons than the absence of heat, and the promise of longevity.

I ordered two warm white MR16 replacement LED bulbs and am very satisfied. No more burning sockets and a saving of 46 watts versus my previous 50 watt bulbs. You cannot go wrong with these. I lined up the LED's along side the halogen and couldn't tell the difference. Thank you Torch Star

Bought these to replace halogen Bulbs for my outdoor lighting. They are very bright and have brought my outdoor lighting setup of 16 50 watt lights which is 800 watts down to 64 watts. Less power used on my electrical system and will help the power bill as well. They have a great focused beam which is perfect for my the outdoor lighting use. I am gong to be ordering more for other lighting inside my house as the light is even better then I expected.

Torchstar is a great company to deal with. Order came on time. One bulb was broken I called customer service who was very kind and bulb was sent out to me on the same day. I would order from this company again. The Led spotlight was a little less light than the halagen. But it beats burning out my sockets.

I give the company from 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest a 10 rating.

The product about a 6 or 7. The company was honest about thier product when I told them the lamps were not as bright as I thought they would be. I would buy other LED lights from this company over Lowes or Home Depot. You save alot of money for the same product.
