Fit in my Motor home light socket with no problem. So far has worked as advertised. The lights are about 1/4 the cost you will pay at any retail parts store. Why pay that much more for same product? Make sure you use rubber gloves are something that will keep oil on your hands off of bulb while installing as with all LED lights.

I use this bulb in a small task lamp for aiming at papers on a reading stand on my desk. I am light sensitive and hate bright overhead lighting. So I shine directional light on my papers instead of my eyes. The bulb that came with the task lamp was too bright when used very close to the reading stand so I switched to this 10 watt bulb. It generates very little heat.

To clarify, this bulb would cast way too little light for a whole desk but it is perfect for a small task lamp located close to a reading stand.
