I purchased eight of these LED lights last Fall. They appeared to be high quality, but by Spring, two failed. The plastic lens cracked and the top fell off. I replaced them. Within a few months, two more, including one of the replacements, developed the same problem. There appear to be high levels of stress on the plastic lens. The LEDs still work. Since it is a clean crack, it is possible to use clear RTV adhesive to glue them back together again without the repair being noticeable. Unless you keep a tube of RTV handy and like doing repairs, steer clear.

I ordered this product earlier in the Spring in the hopes of installing the new lights sooner. Product was backordered for a month or so but that is not why I am giving it a three star rating. The reason for the three star rating is that once I received the shipment and went to install the lights (last weekend), I noticed that three of the four lights had dented domes. The boxes the lights came in were not damaged in any way and although the dents do not prevent the lights from working, it just appears to be very poor quality control. I think the next time I need similar lights, I'll skip this brand.

Everything was great from the order to the product itself. They are really bright for 1 watt. Brighter than the 20 watt halogen that they replaced! And a added plus is that they were much cheaper than most Led lights of the same design and quality. They also have great quality control at the factory as I had 1 connector missing in the 14 total I bought and they had it expressed mailed to me and I received the part in 2 days.

Very good product. Works and looks as good as my more expensive model that I already had. The only complaint that I have is that two of the lights had small dings on the top, but they were very small.

I did not check lights when I received them 2 weeks ago as the rest of the landscaping project was still going on and there were other things more urgent to address. But today when everything was ready I opened the boxes to check these lights... and what a surprise. From 13 lights that I ordered all 13 have different size dents on the dome. I could not believe my eyes. I read other reviews where three out of 4 were damaged, but all 13? What type of quality control Moonrays has?

I am obviously returning these lights back to Amazon and hope they will point out to Moonrays that such quality is not acceptable.
