I love the battery operated lights, but they say warm white and they are very bright. It still worked for what I needed but wish they were a little bit duller.

These lights are great, I used them for a project at work where I needed battery operation and they worked perfect for what I needed. The string length is good and the light size is just what you would expect for LEDs, the space between lights is also good being few inches which was just what I needed. I would definitely recommend these, just what I needed / expected and I have had no issues with them thus far.

I'm disappointed because I've purchased this type of light string before and the quality and battery life were better.

Regarding battery life, granted this one has 30 vs. 20 lights of my old string but the lights are also a lot brighter, too bright really. The battery life of this string seems to be about 25% of my previous purchases. This string lasts about 10 hours of continuous time on a set of batteries before entering a blinking shut down mode. My previous strings would last at least 5 full evenings of continuous on time, about 8-10 hours per night with quite sufficient brightness.

The quality of this string is not good. The switch is tiny and recessed into the box. The switch also moves within the housing, generally inward into the housing making it even harder to access. The plastic feels thin and the parts inside come loose out of the housing. I know this is not supposed to be a highly durable product but this fails for me by comparison.

The other better string I purchased previously was from a local business so I'll be returning the ones I bought here and going local. Sorry I don't have a link to my higher quality comparison for you. I'll post a manufacturer name if I can come up with one.

The lights are bright and pretty. The battery box is not giant, making it easy to hide. The whole unit is light in weight and great for hanging!

These lights arrived with a broken wire in two places. One light did not function at all and the second light was dim. The quality of the string is not durable. They feel to me as though if you used them for more then one season they would definitely break as you took them up and put them down. They are pretty to look at. Though, be aware that LED christmas lights look different then traditional lights. They look sharper and and more mechanical.
