Great lights. Look nice.Easy to install. If full sun during the day,they will glow all night. If overcast though(no sun)they don't work at all until next sunny day. We use in our front porch and have had many nice comments from our neighbours. The best thing is having light all night(for security)without adding to the hydro bill.

Amazing, for a solar light! This lights up my entire deck area around the grill making it super easy to see when I cook outside. And best of all it uses no electric everyone comments on how nice it looks!

So I have a couple of issues with this light. It says it is remote controlled, but the remote only changes the light setting from high to low, and you can not turn the light off with the remote. The on/off switch is inside the glass cover so you need to remove the cover to be able to even use the switch. It does have a light sensor and comes on at dark, but the battery life doesn't seem to be very good. I have it installed in a gazebo with the solar panel on top of the roof in the full sun and I seem to only get about 3-4 hours of light even on the low setting. I believe the box said it would last for 8 hours.

I bought this light not having and electricity out in my newly built shed. I got the light and read all the instructions, prepared myself for the installation. That was easy! Installation took about 15 minutes and it was charged and ready to go the very next day. And it has been working well ever since! The remote is a nice touchbut FYI you can't just press the button and have it work, you do have to point the remote at the unit to get it to work. No big deal though. I shortened the chain because I was going to smack my head on it if I didn't. It was surprisingly bright at night and for a solar light, served it purpose well! I would most defiantly recommend this product to anyone who needs some light in a place where electricity is not possible. And for the priceI think it was a good value! Thanks Amazon!

Great looking light. I put this in my shed and it worked perfectly for a few day. Then stopped. I called Nature Power and was told that these stay on the shelf for a long time prior to shipping and the rechargeable NMH battery dies. You may have to replace the rechargable batteries.
