Looks and works as described. I couldn't figure out whether the vertically-installed track arm actually rotated 90 degrees to permit mounting on my outward-facing track. I didn't want to damage it, so I took the whole assembly apart and, voilá, it actually did rotate. A bargain at this price at Amazon.

the product was out of stock, then when I finally ordered it, it did not have the black bezel and it did not fit the track back, wrong connectionI sent it back

Nothing fancy about this fixture. Larger than I thought but smaller than what I had. It accepts a variety (wattage and beam width) of long-neck bulbs. Some smaller more expensive fixtures take a very specific bulb.
