My son got this as a gift from his older sister a couple of years ago and his brother broke it. It was one of his favorite elephants and he was devastated when it no longer worked. Both he and I were very happy when I found the replacement. It is a wonderful little light that changes colors but I would not classify it as a desk lamp it is way to small to fit that category.

It's exactly what the description says. Isn't exactly made of heavenly material, but it's a nice little addition to a dark room or for someone who loves elephants.
