Make sure you invest in rechargeable batteries; it's worth it! I purchased this for my son, who is an avid bicyclist. The product comes with a head-strap and handle bar mount. The handle bar mount was a little tricky to put on; but once on--it's secure. We used zip-ties to secure the wires. The light has several settings and is really, really intensely WHITE bright. For the money I paid, I was not expecting such a nice product. I've purchased several of these in the past and paid over $100 at our local (large chain) bicycle store--this is by far just as comparable.
