Reasonably priced. The light is more white than yellow, so if you want warm light, go for a warmer option. Mine make a faint hum on a Lutron Maestro dimmer, but dim perfectly. The hum is very quiet and I would buy these again. Indeed, I am doing so right now.

These bulbs have a very pleasing light quality. I'm using them in a bathroom, three in a fixture above a vanity mirror. The efficiency is amazing; the three 10W bulbs replaced three 60W bulbs and are significantly brighter. However, the incandescent style dimmer which worked perfectly with incandescent bulbs is almost useless with these 'dimmable' LEDs. The bulbs begin to buzz audibly at any setting lower than 100%. They also only dim to perhaps 50% all the way down, where the incandescents were literally night lights.

This bulb is actually brighter than the generic 60w incandescent bulb it replaces. Doesn't appear or feel to be cheaply made. Remains to be seen if it will withstand the test of time.

I also bought a Feit Electric 13.5 Watt LED Omni. This bulb is almost as bright, and almost as omni directional. I will purchase more Feit bulbs but only because they are less expensive at this time. I would be comfortable purchasing more of these if the Feit bulbs are out of stock or become more expensive than these.

Before trying the iLUX 10W bulb my favorite LED bulb was the Phillips Ambient 12W based on its ability to give all around light like a regular incandescent bulb. However, the iLUX beats the Phillips on all important fronts. It is brighter (even though they are rated almost the same at 810 and 820 lumens I find the iLUX to be noticeably brighter); it uses less energy (10W vs 12W); and it is cheaper. Therefore the iLUX has now become my standard for LED bulbs. I have bought two sets of four so far and I will be buying more soon. I am very satisfied.
