I bought several of these in the 3" size and the smaller 1.5" size to put in mason jars on my mantle. These candles look great. The color is a nice warm golden vanilla and I like the twinkling look that the light does, it's subtle. They smell great but only up close, they don't actually put of a scent. The reason I didn't give 5stars was due to the lack of a timer switch. I have some larger candles that came from a warehouse store that have a timer switch. They come on every day at 5pm and go off at 11pm. Or I can turn that switch off and use them manually. But these 3" candles have to be turned on and off every time I use them, and that can be a hassle when you have several displayed. I can't speak for the battery life because I have only used them for a month, but the look is very nice.

Very pretty and a beautiful glow! Using them for a centerpiece for Christmas. Would recommend them to all for their ease of use and beautiful glow it gives.
